Digitech Media provides done-for-you digital marketing services for travel and vacation businesses, including but not limited to:

• Content production and management
• Social media management
• Search engine optimisation (SEO) and answer engine optimisation (AEO)
• Paid advertising management
• Brand strategy and development
• Email marketing
• Reputation management

The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for each engagement are detailed in individual service agreements with each client.

We offer a complimentary marketing audit to prospective clients. By submitting the contact form on our website, you agree that:

• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• We may use the information to prepare and deliver your marketing audit
• The audit is provided as a general assessment and does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of specific results
• We may contact you by email to deliver the audit and discuss our services

Pricing for our services is displayed on our website for transparency. All prices are in euros (EUR) and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment terms, invoicing frequency, and accepted payment methods are detailed in individual service agreements.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect existing service agreements during their current term.

All content on the Digitech Media website — including text, graphics, logos, design, and code — is the property of Digitech Media (Basecamp Holdings) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written permission.

Ownership of content created for clients under a service agreement is governed by the terms of that agreement.

When engaging our services, clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business information and timely feedback
• Granting necessary access to advertising accounts, social media profiles, and other platforms as required
• Reviewing and approving content before publication where required by the service agreement
• Ensuring that any materials provided to us do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Digitech Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the claim.

Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. While we work diligently to achieve the best outcomes, we do not guarantee specific results such as booking volumes, revenue increases, or search rankings.

We ask for a 3-month minimum engagement to allow time for meaningful results. After the initial term, services continue month-to-month and may be cancelled by either party with 30 days' written notice.

Upon termination, we will return all client data and materials within 30 days and revoke access to any accounts or platforms, as detailed in our Compliance & Standards page.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
