Nothing loads before you agree. If you decline, or simply ignore the banner, the Google Analytics script is never requested, so no analytics cookie is created and no data reaches Google. If you later withdraw consent, we delete the cookies listed below. Consent that arrives after the tracking has started is not consent, which is why the script waits.

• _ga — Google Analytics identifier used to distinguish unique visitors. Expires after 2 years.
• _ga_* — Google Analytics identifier used to maintain session state. Expires after 2 years.

If you submit the contact form and a booking calendar appears, it is loaded from Cal.com and may store information on your device in order to run the booking — for example your place in the flow and your time zone. It is only ever loaded for someone who has submitted the form, never while you are simply reading the site.

You are never made to use it. If you would rather not, close the page or ignore the calendar — your enquiry has already reached us, and we will email you to arrange a time the ordinary way.

We may update this cookie policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or applicable law. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
