We collect the following personal data:

• Contact form submissions: name, email address, business type, and message
• Automatically collected data: timestamp of submission
• Analytics data (with your consent): anonymised usage data including pages visited, time on site, browser type, and approximate location (country/city level)

We do not collect sensitive personal data (such as health, religious, or political information).

Under Article 6 of the GDPR, we process your data on the following legal bases:

• Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)): processing your contact form submission to respond to your inquiry and provide the requested marketing audit
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): improving our website and services based on aggregated usage patterns

We only share your data with third parties when necessary to provide our services and under appropriate data processing agreements.

We use a limited number of cookies on our website. Essential cookies are required for the site to function. Analytics cookies are only set with your explicit consent.
